As a manager, I see myself as a snow remover, clearing obstacles so my team can glide down the road with ease. Design for Edge Cases
Why settle for the happy path when real life is full of twists? I design with edge cases in mind because it brings teams together—designers, PMs, engineers, and more—to brainstorm early and often. By addressing dependencies, tech limits, and the 'what ifs' upfront, we create solutions that work beautifully, whether things go right or take a detour. Plus, it saves us from those last-minute redesigns. Efficiency and collaboration?

Pragmatic Solutions
Designing for users is non-negotiable, but so is keeping an eye on the bottom line. I believe in creating user-centered solutions backed by research and testing—but I also know when it’s time to 'ship first and iterate later.' Balancing user needs with business priorities and resources means being flexible, evaluating research needs case by case, and delivering solutions that can grow and adapt. After all, the best solutions are the ones that evolve with the users and technology and scale with the business.
